Every year at the beginning of Summer, our skilled shearers carefully remove the wool from our sheep to keep them healthy & comfortable throughout the warmer months.
Once 'off the sheep's back' our pure New Zealand grown wool is washed not once, but twice, to remove dirt & oil, before being sent to our factory* in Christchurch where it is engineered into two different forms of woolly magic - Flok Fill and a one-of-a-kind product called Flok Web.
Flok Fill is our 100% natural New Zealand Wool filling made from soft, springy wool balls that move independently within your pillow and massage your neck & shoulders while you sleep.
Flok Fill is specially engineered to spring back into shape, stopping your pillow from going flat. It also lets you adjust the height and firmness of your pillow for great neck and shoulder support that is soft, lightweight and all-natural.
Our one-of-a-kind Flok Web is a clever combination of Flok Fill and other pure New Zealand wool grown on Lora Valley that creates a ‘web’ of soft — and slightly more structured — wool filling.
It’s the best of both worlds: You get the super lightweight ‘puff’ factor of our Flok Fill and because it's one piece of web, the wool won't shift within your duvet - no more cold spots. It's lightweight just like your feather & down duvet - just better.
