Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive if you are in the North Island and up to 3 days in the South. For questions regarding your order please contact hello@loraandflok.co.nz and we will assist.
Returns
We believe you should be able to sleep on your bedding to decide if you like it which is why we give you 30 days to trial your bedding to make sure it's right for you.
Please note: We ask that you trial your pillow for at least 7 days (it can take time for your body to react to the improved support and spinal alignment).
If you're not enjoying better sleep, we will refund you the full cost of your bedding minus any shipping charges (including the outgoing charge from our warehouse). Alternatively, you may send your bedding back for an exchange, once again, we ask you pay for the shipping in this situation.
Your bedding must be returned with the same packaging it was sent out to you, and to be gently used with a pillowcase or pillow protector at all times. If there are traces of hair or dirt on the pillow we will be unable to issue a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned with all additional items (please ensure for pillow returns you return the full bag of extra Flok Fill).
