We have a no-hassle flat rate shipping charge of $15 NZ wide - yes even rural!
Your order will be dispatched the next business day and will usually arrive 3-5 days after ordering. however, at times shipping can be delayed. If your order has a tight timeframe for delivery, please let us know when you place your order.

60-Night Sleep Trial
We offer a 60-night sleep trial on all our bedding.
This gives you time to trial your new bedding at home and make sure it feels right before you commit.
Please note: the sleep trial is for first-time purchases by our NZ customers only, and we ask you please use a pillowcase or duvet cover during the trial period.
Returns
If you need to arrange a return, please contact us first at hello@loraandflok.co.nz so that we can assist.
Please note: your bedding must be returned inside the calico storage bag that it arrived in with your name and order number clearly visible.
For pillow returns, please include the additional bag of FlokFill.
Returned bedding is donated to local charities, for this reason, please use a pillow protector/ duvet cover during your sleep trial as we are only able to issue a refund on 'gently used' bedding.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the bedding is faulty.
