The NAP helps relieve tension caused from poor sleep posture and can help reduce headache and migraine symptoms by ensuring your spine is not tilted out of correct alignment while sleeping on your back.
Like our Classic Pillow, The NAP is fully adjustable so you can tailor its height to suit your body shape and comfort.

Pillow Care
How to keep your pillow in tip-top condition:
Fluff daily to reshape wool fill
Air occasionally for a few hours outdoors
Spot clean when needed (avoid soaking the inner wool)
To wash, remove FlokFill and wash the cover on a wool or delicate cycle at 30°C using wool detergent.
Air dry where possible or tumble dry on no heat if needed.

Love the pillow but find it hard to get the wool in the right position every night
Love the pillow but find it hard to get the wool in the right position every night. I suffer from migraines partly caused from my neck so find the pillow really helps for this if I can get the wool in the right place. Find it so soft.
